DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT
ARTICLE 1 - PARTIES

ARTICLE 2 - SUBJECT
The subject of this Agreement is the Buyer's www.classuniforma.com It is the determination of the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation regarding the sale and delivery of the product/products, the characteristics and sales prices of which are specified below, which the customer ordered electronically from the website.
ARTICLE 3 - PRODUCT INFORMATION
The type, quantity, brand/model, color and sales price of the goods/products/services are as follows:

ARTICLE 4 - GENERAL PROVISIONS
4.1. The Buyer declares that he/she has read and is aware of the basic characteristics, sales price, payment method and all preliminary information regarding delivery of the contractual product specified in Article 3 and has given the necessary confirmation electronically.
4.2. The product subject to the contract is delivered to the Buyer or the person/organization at the address specified by the Buyer within the period specified in the preliminary information, depending on the distance of the Buyer's place of residence for each product, provided that it does not exceed the legal 30-day period.
4.3. If the product subject to the contract is to be delivered to a person/organization other than the Buyer, the Seller cannot be held responsible if the person/organization to whom the product is to be delivered does not accept the delivery.
4.4. The seller is responsible for delivering the product subject to the contract, intact, complete, in accordance with the specifications specified in the order and with warranty documents and user manuals, if any.
4.5. Delivery of the contractual product requires that this contract be electronically approved and the price paid using the Buyer's preferred payment method. If, for any reason, the product price is not paid or is cancelled in bank records, the Seller is deemed to be relieved of its obligation to deliver the product.
ARTICLE 5 - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
5.1. The Buyer has the right of withdrawal within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery of the contractual product to the Buyer or to the person/organization at the address provided. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Seller must be notified in writing within this period and the product must not have been used.
5.2. In case of exercising the right of withdrawal:
- a) The invoice of the product delivered to the third party or the Buyer (if the invoice of the product to be returned is corporate, it must be sent together with the return invoice issued by the corporate for the return process.)
- b) Return form,
- c) The products to be returned must be delivered complete and undamaged, including the box, packaging and standard accessories, if any.
5.3. The Seller shall return the total price and the documents that bind the Buyer to the Buyer within 10 days from the receipt of the notice of withdrawal and shall receive the product back within 20 days.
ARTICLE 6 - PRODUCTS FOR WHICH THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE EXERCISED
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products that are prepared at the Buyer's request or clearly in line with their personal needs, are not suitable for return, are prone to deterioration, or are likely to expire. Furthermore, in accordance with the Distance Contracts Regulation, the products for which the Buyer cannot exercise his right of withdrawal are as follows:
- a) Goods whose prices are determined in stock exchanges or other organized markets,
- b) Goods that are in danger of deteriorating quickly or whose expiration date may have passed,
- c) Sound or video recordings, computer software and consumables, provided that the packaging is not opened by the Buyer,
- d) Periodical publications such as newspapers and magazines, other than those provided within the scope of the subscription agreement,
- e) Services performed instantly in electronic environment or intangible goods delivered instantly to the Buyer,
- f) Services that begin to be performed with the Buyer's approval before the expiration of the right of withdrawal period.
ARTICLE 7 - DEFAULT AND ITS LEGAL CONSEQUENCES
If the Buyer defaults on a credit card transaction, the cardholder will pay interest and be liable to the bank in accordance with the credit card agreement between the bank and the cardholder. In such a case, the bank may take legal action and claim any resulting costs and attorney fees from the Buyer. In any case, if the Buyer defaults on a debt, the Buyer agrees to pay the Seller any losses and damages incurred by the Seller due to the delayed payment of the debt.
ARTICLE 8 - COMPETENT COURT
Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts have jurisdiction over disputes arising from this contract.
ARTICLE 9 - ENFORCEMENT
The Buyer has accepted all the terms of this agreement and is deemed to have accepted all the terms of this agreement when he/she confirms his/her order.
